Stress Management

Interesting concept – stress management. Can we really manage it? Is stress something to be managed? Well, Id like to think we do have things we can do about it. One way to handle it is to get a local medical marijuana such as an ohio medical marijuana card.

What are some ways to manage stress? Pretty much anything could turn out to be stressful. Its all in how we deal with things, how we react. From trying alternative methods such as using medical marijuana to relieve stress (check out sites like https://www.budexpressnow.ca/product-category/concentrates/ for more information), or simply writing things down and even speaking to friends/family about your thoughts, these are just some ways for people to manage stress.

The more centered and in the groove we are in our every day lives, the easier it is to manage stress.

What are some things I use? Ill be happy to start a list and then it would be awesome if you add your comments as to what you do to manage stress.

The number one thing to manage stress is figure out what it is that stresses you and avoid it (or them). Hows that for a great start?! 🙂

OK, seriously, here are some things I do on a regular basis to stay centered:

  • Meditate, pray, call on the Divine and the Angels (Ive found a wonderfully huge boulder out back that is a great place to sit and do this). This is something that can take two minutes or two hours, it is up to you and how much time you have or would like to dedicate. It is also something you can do in smaller amounts of time, several times a day. You can sit any way thats comfortable for you and call on the Divine and the Angels any way that feels right to you.

  • Breathe. Next time you are having a stressful moment, check to see if youre breathing. I bet youll be holding your breath. Breathe deeply. Breathe in through your nose for a count of 3-5, hold for a second or 2 and then blow out through your mouth. Blow it all out… Do this a couple of times each time you think of it. I remember Dr Chad (ND, Chad Oler) would always tell me that breathing is one of the best and least expensive things you can do to stay healthy. Deep breathing helps you release toxins from your body and who wouldnt want that.

  • Sing, dance, play some music. Different tones are related to each of the chakras in your body. Sing the song from The Sound of Music Do Re Mi Fa. Your chakras will feel better and I would bet it will bring a smile to your face as well. And, you wont feel as stressed.

  • Emanate love from within. Sit quietly and focus on your heart center. One way to do this is by remembering someone you love or a love filled experience youve had. Focus and remember and imagine it growing to every cell of your body and then expanding to every inch of your aura.

These are just a few easy things anyone can do. They will help stress fall away. The more often you do any of these, the less stress youll notice in your life. You dont need to feel stressed to start doing them.
